I specialize in Web site design & development for small- and medium-sized businesses and organizations in both the public and private sectors. All services are normally performed by me, but I bring in additional staff as needed.
I have over 25 years of experience with a wide range of computer software on UNIX, Linux, Macintosh, and Windows operating systems, and I use a variety of commercial and open source software tools to create standards-compliant Web sites quickly at minimal cost.
